Evelyn Warren

Evelyn Dorothy Knudsen was born August 20, 1921, in Madelia, Minnesota, the daughter of Sever and Edna (Forseth) Knudsen. Evelyn grew up and attended school in Madelia. On August 22, 1942, she was united in marriage to Joseph Warren, the couple made their home in St. James upon Joe's return from military service in the Pacific during WWII. She worked for many years at B's Dress Shop in St. James and retired in 1983. She was a member of St. James Catholic Church, Christian Mothers and the VFW Ladies Auxiliary. Evelyn is survived by her son; Steve Warren of Lakewood, Colorado, 3 nieces and a nephew. She is preceded in death by her husband, parents, and a brother Arnold.
