Eva Kropp

Eva Mary Kropp was born on November 17, 1917 in Muskogee, OK, the daughter of Earl Eva (Sherwood) Bohannon. Eva grew up and attended school in Muskogee and Parsons, KS. After graduation she attended the University of Missouri for two years. Eva Mary worked for her father as a legal secretary. She married Leonard Ben Kropp on June 1st, 1941 in Parsons, KS. The couple lived in Chicago, IL, Taylor, TX and Sleepy Eye, MN. Eva Mary was a member of Faith United Methodist Church where she was active with the ladies aid and the Sunday School program. She was devoted to her family and enjoyed her grand and great grandchildren. She also enjoyed crocheting, and was a avid Chicago Bulls fan. She is survived by her husband, Leonard Ben Kropp of Sleepy Eye, children their spouses; Leonard C. Kropp wife Wanda of Greenville, OH, Beth Wright of Sleepy Eye, Susan Henry of Topeka, KS, Carol Kropp of Richfield, MN, 8 grandchildren; Christina Kropp, Barbara Richard Witkowski, Aaron Kropp, Dawn Tim Zinniel, Jennifer Wright, John Bridget Wright , Keith Nicole Henry and Lauren Henry. She is also survived by 6 great grandchildren and sister-in-law, Rosela Garris of Siloam Springs, AK. She was preceded in death by her parents, daughter, Barbara Sue Kropp in infancy, son-in-law, Robert Henry and sisters, Idita husband, William Mason and Kathleen husband, Edward Leech.
