Emilio Campo

Emilio Jaime Campo Pena aka Pacho, age 53, from Madelia, Minnesota, passed away March 12, 2014. He was born August 5, 1960 in McAllen, Texas. His parents were Emilio Jaime Campo Rodrguez and Nayta Pena de Hoyos. His siblings are Pilar, Vctor, Patricia, and Silvia. He lived in Mexico City, Mexico during his adolescence. He graduated from La Salle high school in Mexico City, Mexico. During college he studied law, photography, and business administration. He met his wife to be in 1990 and moved to Madelia, Minnesota in 1991. He married Mirna Oralia Rivera on February 14, 1995 in the city of New Ulm, Minnesota. They had three boys; Hector, Emilio and Hugo. They were his pride and joy. He worked as a quality control inspector at Tony Downs, Conagra, and Armour Eckrich. His favorite hobbies were soccer, golf, tennis, and boxing. His favorite soccer team was "Las Chivas." He was a soccer coach for kids of all ages from kindergarten to high school. He loved listening to music. His favorite music artists were the Beatles, Mana, Joan Sebastin, y Carlos Vives. He is survived by his wife; Mirna Campo, his children; Hector and Hugo, his siblings; Pilar, Victor, Patricia, and Silvia. As well as many cousins, nieces, nephews and many grateful foster children. He was predeceased by his parents Emilio Jaime Campo Rodrguez and Neyta Pena De Hoyos and his son Emilio Jaime Campo Jr. Who has said Emilio has passed? He is more alive now than ever. Who said that boy, the youngest of his siblings, is gone forever? If he is now present in all places we are. He was a tireless fighter, a great example of nobility, a charming guy that will never die and never leave. Life is as eternal as the sweetness of our brother, father, husband, and friend, Emilio. Eternal is his unconditional love. We thank God for allowing him to be part of our lives.
