Elizabeth Wright

Beth was born on June 8, 1944 the daughter of Leonard Ben Eva Mary (Bohannon) Kropp. She grew up and attended school in Taylor, TX graduating in 1962. She worked as a cashier for a few years. Beth married John G. Wright on January 2, 1966 in Austin, TX. The couple made their home in Texas for a year and then moved to Woburn, MA. They were blessed with three children, Dawn, Jennifer Jenny and John. Beth moved to Sleepy Eye in 1971 with her children. She attended nursing school in New Ulm and worked as a nurse in the area, including the V.O.A. Health Care Campus and currently Divine Providence Community Home in Sleepy Eye. She was a member of the Faith United Methodist Church in Sleepy Eye. Beth enjoyed music and was known as the singing nurse at the places she worked. She was a very loving and caring nurse and also was very devoted to her family. She especially enjoyed her children and grandchildren. Survivors include her children, Dawn Michelle (Tim) Zinniel of Sleepy Eye, Jennifer Wright of Sleepy Eye, John (Bridget) Wright of Rogers, MN, grandchildren, Austin, Timmy, Alicia, Chelsea, Jarred, Beth Nicole, father, Ben Kropp of Sleepy Eye, brother, Leonard (Wanda) Kropp of Greenville, OH, sisters, Susan Henry of Topeka, KS, Carol Kropp of Richfield, MN. Beth is also survived by her nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her mother, Eva Mary Kropp, sister, Barbara, and brother-in-law, Robert Henry.
