Eleanor Dorthy Balthazor Patterson, 91, of Glendale, Ariz. died July 10, 2016 in Glendale. A visitation will be held at 1 p.m. followed by a funeral service at 2 p.m., Wednesday, July 13 at Thompson Funeral Chapel, 926 S. Litchfield Road, Goodyear, AZ. Burial will be at 2 p.m., Saturday, July 23, at the Mount Hope Cemetery in St. James. She is survived by her daughters, Linda Balthazor, Lisa Brick and LaRae Balthazor; sons, Leo, Dennis, Mike and Kevin Balthazor; 16 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
