Edna Theneman

Edna was born at home April 2, 1918 to William Ida (Martwick) Lickfett in Winthrop, MN. She was baptized April 21st in the Zion Lutheran Church in Winthrop. She attended school in Winthrop and was confirmed at Zion Lutheran Church. Edna married Ervin J. Theneman on December 8, 1940. They lived in Winthrop, MN and Vallejo, CA and moved to the Sleepy Eye area in 1945. Edna worked at the Sleepy Eye Care Center in the laundry department for many years. In September of 2001, she moved into Ross Park Apartments. Edna was a member of Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church in Sleepy Eye. She is survived by son, David (Dori) Theneman of Sleepy Eye, son-in-law, Loren Fuller of St. James, grandsons, Scott Theneman of Sioux Falls, SD, Ross (Jennifer) Theneman of Mankato, granddaughters, Sheila (James) Naumann of Jamestown, ND, Anita (Kris) Brenke of Mankato, great grandsons, Justus, Joshua, and Jackson Naumann, sisters-in-law, Doris (Wilfred) Schuft, Gladys (Vernon) Woller all of Winthrop, Val Youngblom of St. Peter and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Ervin, daughter, Judy Fuller, two sisters, brothers-in-law, Erna and Al Ohland and Myrtle and Alvin Anderson.
