Edna Rositzke

Edna was born on April 29th 1919 in Buffalo Center Iowa to Henry Westendorf and Faldea Westendorf (maiden name Behrends). She was married to Victor Rositzke, then a Chief Electricians Mate in the USN, on April 15th 1948 in Minneapolis with Cliff K. Rositzke and Lorraine E. Leu as best man and maid of honor. After Vic retired from the Navy as a Chief Petty Officer with 30 years of service in 1970 they returned to Springfield Minnesota to be with family and friends. Edna, Mrs. Victor, Rositzke, age 87 of Springfield, died Monday, June 12, 2006, at St. John Lutheran Home in Springfield. She was preceeded in death by her nine brothers and sisters. She is survived by her, sister-in-law Audrey Rositzke, nephews and nieces, Larry Wollin, Randy Wollin, Curt Wollin, David Wollin, Jeff Wollin, Lori Wollin, Jolene Danielson, Roger Henning, Karen Buss, Audrey Hartmann, Debbie DeJesus, Doug DeJesus, Pamela Sauer, Doug Rositzke, Dean Rositzke, LeAnn Vollmer, Jane Rositzke-Doe-, David Rositzke, Steve Davis, Michael Hurry, and Charles Hurry.
