Edith Timm

Edith Timm was born February 13, 1912, in Cresco, IA, the daughter of August and Anna (Milham) Kliem. Edith was united in marriage to Edward Schultz on March 28, 1939, in Springfield. The couple farmed in North Star Township until Edward's death in 1979. She then was married to Harold Timm on February 27, 1981, in Rochester. Harold died in 1995. Edith was a member of Zion Lutheran Church in Springfield and a former member of Home Extension. She enjoyed listening to the Twins, gardening, neighborhood get-togethers, and dancing. Edith Timm died Tuesday, April 1, 2008, at St. John Lutheran Home in Springfield at the age of 96 years. She is survived by step-daughter- Karen and husband Bill Sellner of Byron, MN; step-granddaughters- Tiffany and husband Joe Eckberg, and Annette Sellner; and many nieces, nephews and sisters-in-law. She was preceded in death by her parents; and husbands Edward and Harold.
