Douglas 'Duke' Kramer, age 85, of New Ulm, (formerly of Gibbon) died on Sunday, October 10, 2021, at Oak Hills Living Center in New Ulm. A private funeral service will be held at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Gibbon with Rev. Nate Scharf officiating. Burial will follow at the church cemetery. Memorials may be directed to Prairie Lutheran School - Gibbon site or Oak Hills Living Center, New Ulm. Duke is survived by his wife, Marie Kramer, children; Kurk (Janet) Kramer, Karla (Bruce) Kent, Kent Kramer, grandchildren; Danielle (Phil) Scriver, Karissa (Marc) Tye, Trisha (Blake) Jansick, Tyler Kent, Joey Kent, Jaime (Taylor) Karel, great-grandchildren; Rogan, Weston, Everett and Whitley Scriver, Benson, Bauer and Raegan Tye, Myla and Murphie Jansick. He is preceded in death by a daughter Kathryn Kramer, son Keith 'Rusty' Kramer, granddaughter Stephanie Kramer, parents Paul and Lillian Kramer, brothers David, Gene, and Paul.
