Donald Roy White

Donald Roy White was born October 8, 1925 in Redwood County near Morton, MN to Howard Clinton White and Ida Clara Krueger. Don worked for the power plant, Potters automotive and as a farm laborer over the course of his adult life. He married Pearl Ellen Jenkins of Springfield in 1963. Together they were affectionately known as Don & Pearl within the family relation. Don served in the Army and was an active supporter of the Redwood Falls VFW. Don passed away on Sunday, March 19, 2022, at the age of 96 at St. John Lutheran Home in Springfield, MN. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, sisters, Gladys Mary White, Pearl Irene Nelson and a brother, Reverend Delbert White. Don is survived by several nieces and nephews. Thank you to the caring staff at St. John Lutheran Home in Springfield and to the Redwood Hospice Team that provided support, humor and comfort over the past seven years and in these final months of Dons long life.
