Diane Spross

Diane Spross age 75, of Lamberton, MN died on December 6, 2024, at Valley View Manor Care Center in Lamberton, MN.

There will be a visitation on Tuesday, September 9, 2025, from 9:30 to 10:30 am at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Lamberton, MN. A service will be held on Tuesday at 10:30 am at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Lamberton with burial in the church cemetery.

Diane was born November 16, 1949, in New Ulm, MN, the daughter of John and Edith (Anderson) Baumann. Diane moved to Tucson, AZ where she resided for 25 years. She eventually met her husband and went on to have 3 children. After she received her associate's degree as a Pharmaceutical Tech, she moved back to MN to pursue her career. Diane worked at North Memorial Hospital in Robbinsdale, MN until her retirement.

Diane enjoyed reading, gardening, and had a great love for her cats. Her one regret was not returning to Arizona, as she loved the desert.

Diane later became a resident of Valley View Manor in Lamberton, MN, January of 2021. While living there she was involved in many activities, enjoyed making new friends, and bird watching from her room.

Diane is survived by her son Jason Spross, wife Karen and son Micah of Tuson, AZ; siblings - John Baumann of Kirksville MO, Paul Baumann (Eileen) of Odebolt IA, Paulette and Gerard Fischer of Springfield, MN, Laurie (Mary) Baumann of Amery, WI, and Jennifer and James Selfe of Lucan, MN. and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her sons Nicholas Spross, and Jonathan Spross and sister Sue Nelson.
