Delores Menter

Delores Mae Menter was born March 7, 1936 in Maynard, MN, the daughter of Frank and Alice (Brecke) Embree. She attended school in Granite Falls and Tracy. Delores was united in marriage to Bernard Menter on September 7, 1956 in Bethel, MN. The couple lived in several places, Bethel, Glencoe, Winthrop, and Benson, to name a few. In 1981 they moved to the Lamberton area. Delores enjoyed watching birds, crossword puzzles, games, reading, and most of all, time with her family. Delores died on Saturday, January 10, 2009 at her home in rural Lamberton at the age of 72 years. She is survived by her husband - Bernard Menter of Lamberton; children - Terry (Jackie) Menter of Springfield, Wayne Menter of Lamberton, Monica Menter of Lamberton, Alana Menter of Farmington, Jennifer (Brien) Walters of Farmington, Kalum Menter of Wabasso, and Rusty Menter of Wabasso; 10 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; 1 sister; and 3 brothers. She is preceded in death by her parents; and a brother.
