Delores Keubler

Delores Jean Kuebler, age 74, of Saint James, MN, died Saturday, January 23, 2010, at St. James Medical Center. Delores Jean Vollmer was born on July 1, 1935 in Cottonwood County, MN the daughter of Albin Rose (Siegmann) Vollmer. She grew up and attended school in Sleepy Eye, MN. Delores married John Kuebler on October 6, 1952 in Brookings, SD. The couple made their home in the Minneapolis area for about ten years moving to St. James in 1963. Delores sold Avon for a few years and then worked at Pleasant View Nursing Home. She was an active member of St. Paul Evangelical Lutheran Church where she taught Sunday School and served on the Women's and Alter Guilds. Delores enjoyed plants, quilting, gardening, watching Vikings games and especially her grandchildren. Survivors include, her husband John Kuebler of St. James, children, Lynette (Kenneth) Reiman of Fairmont, Bradley (Denise) Kuebler of St. James, Cynthia Contreras of New Richmond, WI, Rebecca Kuebler of St. James and Melanie Roeglin of Norwood Young America, nine grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, sisters, Elaine Metzen of Northfield and Lorraine Boesch of New Ulm. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and brothers, Marlyn, Arion and Roland
