David Wolle

David Wolle was born December 10, 1986 at Watonwan Memorial Hospital in St. James, MN. His early childhood was spent in rural St. James and LaSalle. He moved to Comfrey, MN when he was 13 and graduated from Comfrey Public High School. David enlisted in the Minnesota National Guard and served with the 125th Battalion in Scania, Iraq. Upon returning to Comfrey, David completed one year of Auto Mechanic Training at Minnesota West Technical College in Jackson, MN. David loved his truck, watching the Vikings, hunting, fishing, and a good laugh. He was proud to serve his community by joining the Comfrey Volunteer Fire Department. David died on Wednesday, April 1, 2009 in Comfrey, MN at the age of 22 years. He is survived by his parents - Michelle and her husband Rick Kastner and Brad Wolle; brothers - Dan (Liz), Andrew, and Ryan; a niece - Nevaeh Wolle; grandparents - Lowell and Marcia Hurley, Clifford and Eldora Wolle, and Delores Kastner; a great grandmother - Florence Rankin; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
