David Charles Miller

David Charles Miller  age 72, of Saint James, Minnesota died on April 13, 2023, at Mayo Clinic Health System, in Mankato, Minnesota.Visitation will be on Thursday, April 20, 2023 from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm at the First Lutheran Church, St. James where a Service will be held at 2:00 pm. The clergy will be Rev. Andy Hermodson-Olsen. Interment will be at the LaSalle Cemetery in LaSalle. David Charles Miller was born December 20, 1950 in Watonwan County, Minnesota to parents Dean and Charlotte (Baier) Miller. He graduated from St. James High School in 1969 and continued his education at Mankato State University, earning a four-year business degree. He was owner and operator of Dave Miller Masonry as well as a lifetime member of First Lutheran Church in St. James. Gardening, fishing, cooking, reading, watching TV and listening to music were some of David’s favorite pastimes, especially when it included classic old cars and enjoying the many car shows in the area with his great friends. Dave enjoyed family time with his nieces as he lived close by, and especially cherished holidays and time with his family as often as he could.

Dave is survived by sister - Joleen (Gary) Nelson of Outing, MN; sister - Janet (Lowell) McNeal of St. James, MN and their children - Stephanie (Jim) Moldaschel and their children - James Dean, Grant, and Aubrey. Brooke (Chad) Lange, Macy, and Mariah; sister - Julie (Jerry) Erickson of Corvallis, OR and their children - Natalie Graham, Vance Graham and their children - Jacob and Bradley. Ryan (Celeste) and their children - Barrett and Eva, and Angela Erickson; other relatives and great friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
