David Keithahn

Born on May 4, 1945 in Sleepy Eye, David graduated from Sleepy Eye High School. He served as a communications specialist in the U.S. Air Force from 1964 to 1982 before returning to Sleepy Eye. He worked for many years at Del Monte before retiring, and most recently has been a resident of Countryside Retirement Community. David L. Keithahn, age 63, of Sleepy Eye passed away on August 1st at Immanuel St. Joseph's Hospital in Mankato due to complications from diabetes. He is proceeded in death by his parents, Dr. E. E. Keithahn and Arla Keithahn, both former Sleepy Eye residents, and is survived his brothers and sisters: Jim (Sue) of Forest Lake, MN, Kay (Rick) Cohen of Avila Beach, CA, Ann (Larry) Jensen, of Litchfield, MN, Larry (Laura) of Mendota Heights, MN, Kim, of Darwin, MN, and Mary (Curtis) Brown of Scripps Ranch, CA.
