Hawkes, age 56 of Windom, formerly of Madelia, MN was called home by the Lord to his final resting place in Heaven on Wednesday, October 5th, 2011 at Sanford Medical Center in Sioux Falls, SD. Private burial Services will be held at Trinity Lutheran Cemetery in Madelia. Funeral arrangement are with the Pilgrim Funeral Home in Madelia. Survivors include his mother, Shirley Hawkes of Lake Crystal, brothers, Thomas (Vicki) of Lewisville, Dan (Ann) of Madelia Tim (Kiri) of Centerville. He was preceded in death by his father, Sam.
