Charlotte Miller

October 11, 1922 — February 16, 2005

Charlotte V. Miller was born on October 11, 1922 in Lamberton, MN the daughter of Frank Ida (Schuck) Baier. She grew up and attended school in New Ulm, MN. After she completed her schooling she worked at the hospital in New Ulm. Charlotte married Dean Miller on December 10, 1949 in New Ulm. The couple made their home in St. James. Charlotte was a member of First Lutheran Church in St. James where she was a Sunday School Teacher and active in her circle. She was also a den mother for the local cub scouts. Charlotte enjoyed her family, plants, flowers, baking, especially her great cinamon rolls and going to polka dances with her husband Dean. Charlotte had made her home at the North Point Assisted Living Center in North mankato for the last four years. Survivors include her 4 children, Joleen Gary Nelson of Outing, MN, David Miller of St. James, Janet Lowell McNeal of St. James, and Julie Jerry Erickson of Corvallis, OR, 5 grandchildren, Natalie Vance Graham, Ryan Erickson, Angie Erickson, Stephanie McNeal and Brook McNeal, 4 step-grandchildren, Sheila McNeal, Laurie Wolle, Bridget Glienke and Brandon McNeal, 2 great-grandchildren, Jacob and Bradley Graham, 8 step-great-grandchildren, sisters, Dorothy Howe and Ruth Anderson, both of Tracy, and sister-in-law, Lorraine Just of Mankato. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Dean, brother, Art Roeder and nephew, Terry Miller.
