Brian Strei

A memorial service for Brian will be held at a later date. Brian Christopher Strei was born to Ronald and Bonnie Lou Strei on January 10, 1970, at the Glencoe Hospital in Glencoe, MN. He graduated from Central High School in Norwood Young America in 1988. Growing up Brian loved fishing and football. In his younger years he enjoyed spending time at Brown's Lake Resort in Eden Valley. Brian always enjoyed spending time with family and friends. He loved watching his grandkids grow up, he would usually wheel them around on his wheelchair until they fell asleep. Every year you could catch him at the Winstock Music Festival. Brian died on January 29, 2022, at his home at the age of 52. He is survived by his daughter Britani Strei; grandkids Sophia Spann and Takaius Strei; sister Jolene Beckmann; nephews Joshua Beckmann and Lance Beckmann; aunts and uncles Carol Dragt, Judy (Keith) Rademacher, Russ Lange, Dale (Arlene) Strei, Robert (Madeline) Strei, and Jim Strei; and many other relatives and friends. Brian was preceded in death by grandparents Roland and Dorothy Strei, Russell Lange, and Jonala (Ray) Nelson; parents Ronald and Bonnie Lou Strei; and brother Randy Strei.
