Brett Lyle Grove

Brett L. Grove, age 58 of Pahrump, Nevada, formerly of St. James, Minnesota, died on Wednesday, May 3, 2023. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 13, 2023, at 12:00 PM at Sturm Funeral Home, St. James Chapel with Reverend David Lick officiating. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Interment will be at Calvary Cemetery in St. James. Military Honors will be provided by St. James Area Honor Guard. Sturm Funeral Home, St. James Chapel, is assisting the family with arrangements.

Brett Lyle Grove, the son of Lyle and June Grove, was born October 28, 1964, in St. James, Minnesota. He grew up with his family and attended school in St. James, graduating from St. James High School in 1983. Brett served his country in the United States Air Force and was honorably discharged after 25 years of service.

Brett met the love of his life, Amy, and they were united in marriage. They were blessed with two daughters, Sarah and Cassandra. Brett and Amy celebrated 38 years together. Brett cherished his family and will be incredibly missed.

Brett is survived by his wife, Amy Grove of Pahrump, NV; daughters, Sarah Grove (fiancé Drew Barkoff) of Elko, NV and Cassandra Grove of Las Vegas, NV; father, Lyle Grove of St. James, MN; brothers, Craig Grove of Ormsby, MN and Kelly Grove of Blackwell, OK; and other loving relatives and friends.

Brett was preceded in death by his mother, June Grove and sister-in-law, Jennifer Grove.
