Arrangements are with Sturm Funeral Home in Springfield. Beulah Johanna (Hall) Eigsti was born May 2, 1913, in Manson, IA, the daughter of Felix (Phil) and Anna (Mehring) Hall. She was graduated from Manson High School in 1930. She then worked at various secretarial positions until her marriage to Walter Joseph Eigsti on August 12, 1933. The couple made their home on the Eigsti Family farm raising cattle and sheep. She and Walter were active members of the St. Paul's American Lutheran Church. She continued to reside on the farm until 1968, when she moved to Sanborn, MN to be closer to her family. She became an active constituent of the United Methodist Church. Beulah was an honorary member of the Farmers Golf and Health Club in Sanborn and enjoyed raising flowers, from which she provided many arrangements for church. She also enjoyed sewing, golfing, playing bridge, and especially enjoyed spending time with her 5 grandsons, 9 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandson. Beulah Johanna Eigsti died Sunday, July 20, 2008, at Valley View Manor in Lamberton, MN at the age of 95. She is survived by daughter, Mrs Malcolm J. (Elizabeth Joan Eigsti) Davis of Springfield, MN, 5 grandsons- Tan (Brenda) Davis and family of Bismarck, ND, Tal (Tami) Davis and family of Sanborn, Phillip (Dawn) Davis and family of Spring Valley, WI, Jared Davis of Minneapolis, MN, and Matthew Davis of Spring Valley, WI - 9 great-grandchildren - Jesse, Justtina, Jennifer, Cheyenne, Thayne (Tan) - Tyler and Tiffany (Tal) - Christopher and Andrea Jo (Phillip) and great great grandson Braiden M. Davis (Justtina). She is also survived by a sister, Loretta (Arnie) Sorenson of Manson as well as 2 sisters-in-law- Mrs. Wayne (Velma) Hall of Manson and Eileen (Eigsti) Heintz of Sarasota, FL. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Walter in 1966, and brothers- Wayne, Harold Delmar.
