Betty Lendt

Betty Y (Smail)Lendt was born on November 21, 1934 in Dane County, WI to Raymond R and Anice (Sullins) Smail. She was a graduate of Central High School in Madison, WI. Betsy married Harvey F. Lendt on October 15, 1983 in Madison, WI. She was a talented musician, enjoyed singing, writing, quilting, gardening, hunting deer and driving the river road. Those grateful for having shared Betsy's life include her children, Gregg (Joanne) Moore of Mount Vernon, WA, Jennifer(Donnie) Van Haren of Apollo Beach, FL, Bryan Moore, Madison, WI, Cheryl (Greg) Morgan of Sioux Falls, SD, Brian (Sharon) Lendt of Watertown, SD, Allen (Rose) Lendt of Litchfield, MN, 9 grandchildren, Ray, Margaret (Olson) and Matthew Morgan, Rebecca (Julius), Michael, Angela and Natalie Lendt, Alex and Cody Lendt, 1 great grandchild, Lauren Olson, brother, John (Gloria) Smail of Lake Mills, WI, sister in-law BJ Smail of Sun Prairie, WI. She was preceded in death by her loving husband Harvey, brother "big" Ray and her parents Raymond and Anice. Also grateful for sharing her life are the many loving friends and relatives.
