Barbara Larson

Barbara Kay (Stoesz) Larson Beloved Daughter, Wife and Mom, age 51, of St. Paul, MN, formerly of Mountain Lake, MN, went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ following a 5 year battle with breast cancer.Born April 25, 1956 to loving parents, Joel Verna (Schmidt) Stoesz in Mountain Lake. Barb graduated from Mountain Lake High School in 1974 and from Mankato State in 1978 with a degree in mathematics. Throughout her career as a computer programmer and educator, Barb was a hard working, dedicated employee at PBS Computing, Anoka Ramsey Lakeville Colleges, Northwest Airlines and most recently at Blue Cross Blue Shield of MN. Barb loved her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and her family and friends deeply.She was compassionate, kind and giving. Left to cherish her memory are her loving husband, Tim; son, Christopher; daughter, Katelyn; parents, Joel Verna Stoesz; brothers, Roger (Debbie) and Don (Laura) Stoesz; niece, Tina (Joseph) Schlesman; nephews, Joe Jake Stoesz; her church family at Payne Avenue Evangelical Free Church in St. Paul as well as many other friends and relatives. Memorials are preferred to American Cancer Society.
