Arthur Neufeld

Graveside Service: 10:00 AM, Friday, September 09, 2005 at Mountain Lake Cemetery, in Mountain Lake, MN Arthur Neufeld, the son of Jacob P. and Katharina (Siemens) Neufeld was born on February 22, 1924, at Wolf Point, MT. He was raised in Wolf Point and received his education at Pioneer Grade School, Wolf Point High School, Grace University in Omaha, NE, Mocalester College in St. Paul, MN and the University of Minnesota. Arthur was united in marriage to Lillian Wall. He taught Jr. High School in Canby, MN, and Grandview Jr. High in Mound, MN. He enjoyed outdoor activities, gardening, volunteer work and Missions. Arthur died on Saturday morning, September 3, 2005, at Village Health Care in Gresham, OR. Arthur is survived by his wife, Lillian Neufeld of Portland, OR; a daughter, Marilyn and her husband Chuck Rogers; two sons, Mark and his wife Cindy Neufeld and Dwight and his wife Mirasol Neufeld; six grandsons, Caleb and Zachary Rogers, and Aaron, Christopher, Daniel and Nathan Neufeld; two brothers, David and his wife Evelyn Neufeld of Plymouth, MN and Ernest and his wife Ethel Neufeld of Stockton, CA; many other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; four brothers, Jacob J., Gerhard, Peter, and one in infancy; and three sisters, Kathryn Refsal, Anna and Marie.
