Ardelle Tenney

Ardelle Joy Miller was born September 6, 1939, in Nobles County, MN, near Wilmont to parents Wilbur and Angeline (Heidebrink) Miller. She grew up in the Wilmont are where she attended school. She was married to Lloyd Anderson in August 1956. The couple lived in Sheldon, Iowa, where Ardelle finished High School in 1957 while Lloyd was in the Army. The couple settled in Willmar in 1960 where Ardelle was a mother and homemaker. Ardelle married Don Tenney in April 1985 and they made their home in rural St. James where Ardelle help Don with the Minnesota Feeder Pig Markets which evolved into the Midwest Feeder Pig Service. Ardelle retired after Don's death in 1997. Ardelle and Don were active in the Corvette Club, she was a member of St. James Sertoma and St. James Relay for Life. Ardelle loved to entertain family and friends, she was an avid reader and enjoyed movie and listening to music. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents and sister Marlys Meyer. She is survived by her children and their spouses, Mike Deb Anderson of Lismore, Dawn Larry Wallentine of Raymond, sisters, Donna Dave Simmons of Adrian, Audrey Craig Hopkins of Remer, brother, Keith Cathy Miller of Sioux Falls, SD, grandchildren, Kyle Wallentine, Sara Wallentine, Joey Anderson, Billy Anderson, Nicky Anderson, Ivy Anderson, Dustin Everett, Derik Everett, step-children, Mark Michelle Tenney of St. James, Lisa John Koll-Tenney of Rice and 4 step-grandchildren.
