Amy Bowman

Amy Maurine Bowman was born November 12, 1921, in Bashaw Township, Brown County, the daughter of Elmer and Alma (Rapp) Bowman. She attended Country School District #59. Amy worked at Michael's Restaurant in Mankato for many years. She enjoyed visiting the farm and being with her family and friends. Amy was an avid sports fan and enjoyed watching football and basketball. Amy Maureen Bowman died Sunday, January 28, 2007, at her home in Mankato at the age of 85 years. Survivors include her brothers- Floyd Bowman of Comfrey, and James and wife Carol Bowman of Brooklyn Center; sister- Mae Schwab of Sleepy Eye; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; and brothers- Elmo and Fred.
