Allan Alvin Prechel

Al Prechel, age 57 of Springfield, passed away August 6, 2015, after a courageous battle with cancer. Survived by his wife Carrie (Eckstein); children - Melissa Prechel of Redwood Falls, Amber Prechel of Redwood Falls, Nate (Carrie) Prechel of Redwood Falls and Nikki Prechel of Shakopee; sisters - Lucy Prechel of South Dakota, Mary (Dave) Swenson of Canby, Brenda (Steve) Kotton of Morgan; mother Phyllis Juenemann of Springfield and 9 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father Alvin in 1963. Allan Alvin Prechel was born December 3, 1957, in Comfrey, MN. Al grew up in Springfield and worked at SMC and Bic Graphics. He and Carrie were married on June 12, 1993. He enjoyed spending time with his children and grandchildren and cruisin' in his Camaro.
