Alberto Gracia-Palacios

Alberto Gracia-Palacios was born May 31, 1996 in Mankato, MN, the son of Melchor and Sylvia Gracia. He was raised and educated in St. James. He was baptized on July 4, 1999 at the Catholic Church of San Fernando, Tamaulipas in Mexico. As a kid he always enjoyed playing xbox, Nintendo ds, and had a passion for his yu-gi-oh cards he would never let anyone touch them. In the summertime he enjoyed playing at the community pool with his friends and always loved to participate in school activities. Albert graduated from St. James High School in 2014. While in high school he participated in football and Teen Court, also worked at Don's Tire in St. James. Albert was in his second year of college at MSU in Mankato studying business. In the summer he worked at Seneca Foods in Blue Earth, MN. Albert enjoyed his role as brother and uncle. Among his hobbies was weightlifting. Alberto passed away on Wednesday, January 6, 2016 north of Blue Earth, Minnesota, as a result of an automobile accident. He is survived by his parents Melchor and Sylvia Gracia, sisters Yadira Palacios her husband Camerino Manriquez and their daughters Karen, Angela, and Emily Manriquez, sister Sylvia Leticia Gracia and her children Arely and Daniella Castillo, brother Angel Gracia, grandmother Julia Garcia, Godparents Abel and Gloria Casas, aunt Blanca J Palacios, uncle Victor Segovia cousins Victor Segovia, Ruby and Esmeralda Segovia, aunts Martha and Ocelia Gracia, cousins Carlos and Marlene Leal, and grandmother Deloris Gracia. He is preceded in death by grandfather Jose Angel Palacios, uncle Jose C Palacios and Raymundo Gracia.
