Albert H. Schewe

Albert Harold Schewe was born on September 12, 1929 in Fairfax, MN. He grew up and graduated form Sleepy Eye Public High School. He married Lois Berkner on October 4, 1950 at EUB Parsonage in Sleepy Eye. After marriage they farmed South of Sleepy Eye for a few years. They then moved North of Sleepy Eye and continued to farm until retiring in 1993. Albert was an active member of New Hope Community Church in Sleepy Eye. He enjoyed fishing and farming was most important to him. He is survived by his children, Barb (Pat) Doyle of Sleepy Eye, Mike (Jeani) Schewe of Sleepy Eye, Bev (Brad) Rossing of Nicollet, 5 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his mother, Orlin Tolsman, wife, Lois, brother, Bob Schewe and sister, Violet Gaylord.
