Sebastian George Hienzman died on Monday, May 30, 2011, at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Sioux Falls, SD. Sebastian George Heinzman was born May 1, 1945, in Mott, ND, the son of Sebastian and Eulalia (Watson) Heinzman. He joined the Army right out school. He was stationed in Panama when he met Maritza in 1968 the couple married in 1970. The couple's first child, Maritza was born in 1970 while they were in Panama. While stationed in Maryland JoAnne was born in 1974 and Mike was born in 1977 while they were stationed in Alaska. He retired in 1982 with over twenty years of military service. They moved back to Minnesota so Sebastian closer to his uncle, Vern Watson. In 1986, they moved to Florida where most of his immediate family had settled. Missing the 4 seasons they returned to Minnesota in 1990. George enjoyed fixing things,fishing, hunting, camping, riding 4-wheeler and the outdoors. He also enjoyed watching Fox News and old military shows and movies on TV. He loved spending time with friends and family and telling old stories about his younger days. He is survived by his wife, Maritza, children, Maritza Hairston currently stationed in Korea, JoAnne Heinzman of Worthington, Mike Heinzman of St. James, granddaughter, Jessica Piper of North Carolina, his mother Eulalia (Heinzman) Wilson of Florida, brothers, Quint (Karen) Watson of Florida, Don (Shirley) Heinzman of Florida, sisters, Renee (Dick) Teppo of Florida and Sandy (Alex) Disberry of Florida. He is preceded in death by his father, brother Jerry and uncle Vern Watson.
