Philip Andrew Scherman is survived by his wife, Rena (Theis) Scherman; son, Gregory (Mery) Scherman; grandchildren, Joe, Anton, Cecelia (Adam), David, Noah, Hannah, Emmanuel, Hugo; great-grandchild, Tatum; siblings, Regina Kruger, Mary Sherman, Ron (Rosalie) Scherman, Martha Theis, Primrose Cleverly, Virginia Andrens, Anah Zeboskey, Leonard Theis, David Theis, and Mary Hart. He was preceded in death by his son, Michael Scherman; parents, Gregory and Katherine; brothers, Albin and Leroy; in-laws, Virgil and Helen Theis, Vernon Kruger, Edward Theis. In lieu of flowers, the family prefers donations to the American Cancer Society.
