Micheal John 'Mike' Riesenberg

Micheal John "Mike" Riesenberg age 40, of New Ulm, Minnesota, formerly of Madelia, died on April 17, 2016, at the New Ulm Medical Center. Micheal "Mike" Riesenberg age 40 of New Ulm, MN, passed away due to complications with influenza and pneumonia. Mike was born on November 2, 1975 in Madelia, MN to Michelle (Riesenberg) Engelby. He attended school in La Salle, Madelia, and Austin, MN. He graduated from Austin High School. Mike went to live at 918 N. Washington on December 5, 2001 with MBW. He made many friends over the years and was involved in several activities. He helped with Meals on Wheels for many years. Mike enjoyed bowling with ARS, drives in the country, Viking's training camp, baseball games, loved visits with family, trips to fairs, looking at himself in his mirror, watching Disney movies, walks in the neighborhood, and feeding neighborhood birds. He will be greatly missed by all. Mike is survived by his mother, Michelle Engelby; half-sister, Bev Engelby; half-brother, Chad Engelby; uncles, aunts, 2 nieces, and 1 nephew. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Aldine Riesenberg and very best friend grandfather, Tony Riesenberg; 2 uncles, and 1 cousin.
