Mary "Sue" Margaret Meidl was born in Springfield, MN, to Roman and Margaret (Jenkins) Meidl on June 25, 1962. She grew up in Springfield and was a graduate of Springfield High School in 1980. Following her graduation, she moved to Redwood Falls for a few years before moving to the twin cities area. She lived in the Minneapolis area in the early 90's and has since, resided in her home in Prior Lake, MN for nearly 10 years. Mary Sue has worked in lunch service for many schools in Minneapolis over the years and most recently has been working at Green Central Elementary School. In her free time, she loved to spend time with family and friends, attend concerts and dance, garden, craft, work on puzzles and caring for her dog. She enjoyed collecting figurines of cows, cardinals and snowmen. Mary "Sue" Meidl, age 58, of Prior Lake, MN, formerly of Springfield, MN, died on June 23, 2021, at her home in Prior Lake. Mary Sue is survived by her longtime significant other, Grant Beise; brother, Michael "Mickey" Meidl; sister-in-law, Karen Meidl; nieces, Melanie (Shane) McDonald, Sheila (Jim) Anderson; nephew, Bradley Meidl; great-nieces and nephews, Thomas Anderson, Jasmine Anderson, Finley McDonald; great-great nieces and nephews, Michael Anderson and Iris Olson. She was preceded in death by her parents, Roman and Margaret Meidl, and brother, Thomas Meidl.
