Leona Anderson

Leona 'Toots' Anderson was born November 27, 1915, in Lamberton, MN, the daughter of Herman and Martha (Boelke) Dagner. She was a lifelong resident of Lamberton and was united in marriage to Elmer Anderson in 1941. Toots was a member of Our Savior's Lutheran Church in Lamberton. Leona 'Toots' Anderson died Monday, September 20, 2010, at Edgwood Vista in East Grand Forks, MN, at the age of 94 years. She is survived by children- Ronald and wife Linda Anderson of Kirkland, WA, Joel and wife Shirly Anderson of Lake Crystal, MN, and Marlene and husband Dan Boyce of East Grand Forks, MN; grandchildren- Megan and Bradley Boyce, Alyssa Anderson, and Kyle, Richard and Decorah Anderson; and 2 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Elmer in 1986; 7 sisters; and 3 brothers.
