Kim Knutson

Kim John Knutson was born on May 7, 1964, in Mankato, MN, the son of James and Darla (Reed) Knutson. He graduated from Nicollet High School. Following his education, Kim farmed with his father and a few years ago moved to Springfield where he continued his passion in farming for area farmers. Kim enjoyed fishing, hunting, gardening, his 2004 50th anniversary Corvette and time with his family. Kim died on Tuesday, July 29, 2014, at the Mayo Clinic Health System in Springfield, MN at the age of 50 years. He is survived by his mother and step-father - Darla and David Bittler of Springfield; brothers - Kelly (Julie) Knutson of Mankato and Kerry Knutson of Nicollet; nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles. He was preceded in death by his father - James Knutson in 1992.
