Dorothy Ann Sellner was born on September 20, 1929, in Home Township, Brown County, the daughter of Alex and Hertha (Lochner) Deinken. She attended Country School District #22 and later worked as a housekeeper and nanny for the Pershing Snow family. She was united in marriage to Marvin J. Sellner on October 11, 1949, at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Sleepy Eye, MN. Dorothy worked at the Orchid Inn as a waitress, St. Mary's Catholic School as a custodian and at Divine Providence in their housekeeping department. She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church and was a member of the CCW. Dorothy enjoyed flowers, gardening, dancing, polka music, collecting snowmen, playing solitaire, and working on word-find puzzle books. Dorothy died on Tuesday, November 29, 2011, at her home in Sleepy Eye, MN. She is survived by her husband - Marvin J. Sellner of Sleepy Eye, MN; children - Debbie (Tim) Breuer of Albert Lea, MN, Barb (Stan) Siegle of Eagle Lake, MN, Vicki Kronabetter of Phoenix, AZ, Brad (Sue) Sellner of Sleepy Eye, MN, Mary (Mike) Wensauer of Sleepy Eye, MN, and Lori Sellner of Sleepy Eye, MN; grandchildren - Matt, Dan, Jason, Jessica, Ashley, Anna, Danielle, and Shaun; great grandchildren - Brianna, Jayden, and Kayla; and brothers - Jerome (Harriett) Deinken of Morton, MN and Denny Deinken of AZ. She was preceded in death by her parents; a sister - Adeline Wager; and a brother - Garthurd Deinken.
