Luis Martinez, Jr. died on Saturday, July 10, 2010 in rural Martin County as a result of a motor vehicle accident.

Luis Alberto Martinez, Jr. was born in Blythe, CA, on June 3, 1989. Luis graduated from St. James High School in St. James, MN.
Luis enjoyed his role as big brother - playing around with his brothers and sisters and looking out for them. Among his hobbies was weightlifting. Always, happy-go-lucky, Luis constantly wore a smile on his face.

Survivors include his mother Rosalinda Ramirez , father Luis Martinez, Sr, brothers Johan Martinez, Alejandro Martinez, sisters Linda Martinez, Jennifer Gonzalez, grandparents Maria C. Rangel, Francisco Rangel all of St. James and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
